Chicken Enchilada Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle or can mild enchilada sauce
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 can black, red kidney or other beans
  • 1 can rotel
  • leftover cooked chicken about 3 breast cut up into cubes

Directions

  1. Cook all day in crockpot on low garish with sour cream guacamole, cheese and onion
