Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons fat-free milk
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese (can sub with vegetarian variety such as
- Point Reyes Original Blue Cheese)

stir in bleu cheese; if you prefer a smooth dip, blend cheese in with

Cover and refrigerate at least one hour to blend flavors. Serve
