Ingredients
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (isopure no carb)
- 1/3c low fat cottage cheese
- 2 tsp almond butter (can use natural peanut butter)
- 2T flax meal
- pkt of splenda
- water

Put all ingredients except water in small magic bullet cup. add enough water to make it blendable (barely any!). Blend away, add water as needed. makes one serving.
