Theresa’s Bean Fiesta

A great party appetizer to eat over tortilla chips.

Ingredients
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 can pinto beans (optional)
- 1 can of whole kernel corn
- 1 diced tomato
- 1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 lime (juiced)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 avocado, diced
Directions

Drain and rinse all beans and corn.

After chopping, dicing, and mincing everything else, combine ingredients.

Serve on chips.
