Mama D’s Irish Soda Bread

My Ma definitely makes a better Irish Soda Bread than any of the Irish/American restaurants I’ve been to, and her version is definitely a contender against the breads I tasted while in Ireland.

Ingredients
- 4 cups of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pint of sour cream
- 8 oz milk
- 1 box of raisins
- 2 tbsp of caraway seeds (TOTALLY optional. I hate em...)
Directions

Mix everything together and put the batter into 2 long pans, or two cake pans.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes to an hour (do the knife check).

Allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
