Ursula’s Garlic Cilantro Dressing

Don’t make any plans to makeout with anyone after eating this dressing, unless they eat it too! This is incredible over salad, to dip bread in, to put over anything you want if you love garlic as much as I do!

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup of extra light virgin olive oil
- 1/2 a fresh lime (or 2 cups of balsamic white vinaigrette)
- 5 garlic cloves to an entire head of garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- half a bunch of fresh cilantro (NOT DRIED)
- parmigiana cheese to taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend.

Add parmigiana cheese!

You will have to continuously stir this, as the ingredients will settle.

This can be kept in the fridge for a few days.
