Ursula’s Leeks in Cream Sauce

A delicious side dish

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • milk (eyeball it)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 leeks, washed and sliced

Directions

  1. Combine butter and flour, stir until it becomes a beige color.

  2. Add milk until it is saucy.

  3. Add seasonings.

  4. Add drained and boiled leeks and stir thoroughly.
