Ursula’s Leeks in Cream Sauce

A delicious side dish

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- milk (eyeball it)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 leeks, washed and sliced
Directions

Combine butter and flour, stir until it becomes a beige color.

Add milk until it is saucy.

Add seasonings.

Add drained and boiled leeks and stir thoroughly.
