breakfast quinoa

Ingredients
- -1 cup quinoa
- -2 cups milk
- -3 tbsp brown sugar
- -1/4 tsp cinnamon
- -fruit (bananas, blueberries, etc.)
Directions

-bring milk to a boil
-
-clean quinoa
-
-add quinoa once milk is boiling
-
-bring back to a boil and then simmer until milk is 3/4 gone
-
-add cinnamon and sugar
-
-simmer until milk is almost all gone
-
-serve with additional sugar and cinnamon sprinkled over the top with fruit and additional milk
