Portobello Roast Beef Hoagies

Ingredients

  • 4 Whole wheat hoagie Buns, split
  • 4 tbls. butter, softened, divided
  • 1 tsp. italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3/4. lb. sliced deli roast beef, julienned
  • 1/2 pound baby porotbello mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 lb. provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbls. horseradish

Directions

  1. Spread cut buns with 2 tbls. butter, sprinkle with italian seasoning and garlic salt. Set aside. In large skillet, saute beef, mushrooms, rosemary, pepper in butter until mushrooms are tender. Spoon out onto buns and top with cheese. Broil 2-3 min. Combine sour cream and horseradish.
