Ingredients
- 2 cups white beans and juice
- 3 cups tortellini
- 2 cups diced tomatoes with juice
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt, optional
Directions

In a bag, add the above ingredients.

Seal the bag and put in the freezer.

To cook: add bag contents and 4 cups of water in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil on high heat. Turn to low, cover pan and simmer gently 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Pour in bowls and top with shredded parmesan cheese
