Ingredients
- 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 4 eggs
- 1 c vegetable oil
- 2/3 c water
- 3 c white sugar
- 3 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t nutmeg
- 1/2 t clove
- 1/4 t ginger
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour three 7×3 pans.

In a large bowl mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, water and sugar.

In a separate bowl whisk flour, baking soda, and spices.

Stir dry ingredients into mix until just blended.

Pour into pans and bake 50 minutes.
