Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, sknless chicken thighs, cut into pinkey-size strips
- 2 tsp dry rub
- 1 1/2 tbs cider vinegar
- Vegetable or canola oil
- All-purpose flour
Directions

Toss the chicken with dry rub and vinegar until coated

Marinate at room temp up to 30mins or in fridge 1 day

Drain chicken

Pour enough oil into deep pot to fill about 3 inches ove medium heat

Dredge chicken in flour unitl coated

Cook until deep golden brown (~4 mins)
