Ingredients
- 2 tps margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 2 10oz packages frozen broccoli
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 lb velveeta
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions

Heat margarine in sauce pan. Saute onion and celery. Add broccoli and broth. Quickly bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until broccoli is tender. Puree in blender. In pot, stir together the broccoli puree, milk and cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste and then heat.
