Ingredients
- 3-4 chicken breasts (preferably organic)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 celery stalks (chopped)
- 1 cup pecans (cut in half)
- 1 to 2 cups red grapes (cut in half or fourths)
- 1/2 cup Mayonaise
- 1 T honey (optional)
- 1-2 t poppy seed

Boil chicken breasts with clove of garlic

Cut up cooked chicken

Add in all other ingredients.
