Poppy Seed Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 3-4 chicken breasts (preferably organic)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 celery stalks (chopped)
  • 1 cup pecans (cut in half)
  • 1 to 2 cups red grapes (cut in half or fourths)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonaise
  • 1 T honey (optional)
  • 1-2 t poppy seed

Directions

  1. Boil chicken breasts with clove of garlic

  2. Cut up cooked chicken

  3. Add in all other ingredients.
