Ingredients
- 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brandy
- 1/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 baguette, sliced in 1/2" pieces
- 1 pear, ripe and thinly sliced
Directions

Bring cheese and butter to room temperature (30 minutes). Mash with fork until smooth. Stir brandy and walnuts into cheese mixture. Toast one side of baguette slices. Turn over and place slice of pear on untoasted side. Top pear with one tsp of cheese mixture. Place on closed grill until cheese melts and is bubbly.
