Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/3 cup salsa verde plus extra for topping the burger
- 1/2 green pepper sliced
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 4 slices cheese I used swiss
- 4 buns

Light grill or skillet.

With your hand (or spoon), combine the salsa verde and turkey in a medium bowl. Form four patties and place on a sheet of tin foil. In a separate piece of tin foil, combine onion, pepper, and butter. Fold over tin foil and create a package.

Cook burgers and onion mixture on the lower shelf of the grill until the burgers reach 160˚. Add cheese and continue to cook until cheese is melted and burger has reached 165˚.

Layer the burger with the onion mixture, salsa verde, and chipotle mayo.
