Pepper Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Chicken, skinless bone-in cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup Whole Black Peppercorns, dry roasted and ground
- 1 1/2 tsp. Coriander Seeds, dry roasted and ground
- 2 tsp. Cumin Seeds
- 3 Onions, med. sliced
- 2 Tomatoes, diced
- 2 tsp. Garlic-Ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp. Turmeric Powder
- 2" Cinnamon Stick, ground
- 1 Cardamom Pod, seeded and ground
- 4 Cloves, ground
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

In a large pot, heat 3 Tbsp. oil.

Add onion and roast until translucent.

Add tomatoes, salt, garlic-ginger paste and turmeric. Cook for 5 min.

Add chicken pieces, mix and cover. Cook for 5 min.

Add 2 cups water, black pepper, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves. Add salt to taste.

Cook over medium heat to desired sauce thickness
