Chili Chicken I

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken, skinless boneless cut into small pieces
- 20 Serrano Peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper, ground
- 1/4 tsp. Turmeric, ground
- 1 Tbsp. Ghee
- Salt to taste
Directions

Place chicken, turmeric and salt in pot over medium heat. Allow broth to release.

Add serrano and black pepper. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 10 min over med-lo heat, until water is almost fully evaporated.

Add Ghee, mix.
