Chili Chicken I

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken, skinless boneless cut into small pieces
  • 20 Serrano Peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper, ground
  • 1/4 tsp. Turmeric, ground
  • 1 Tbsp. Ghee
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Place chicken, turmeric and salt in pot over medium heat. Allow broth to release.

  2. Add serrano and black pepper. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 10 min over med-lo heat, until water is almost fully evaporated.

  3. Add Ghee, mix.
