Hard-Cooked Eggs – Baked

Ingredients
- 2 to 4 dozen large eggs
- baking sheet
- large mixing bowl
- oven proof gloves
Directions

place oven racks in the center of the oven

place eggs on racks
-
place baking sheet on bottom of oven (in case an egg breaks)

set oven to 325
-
bake 30 minutes
-
fill large bowl with ice water
-
when eggs are done, move eggs to bowl
-
peel eggs as soon as they are cool enough to handle
-
return to ice water to cool.
