Danielle Berg’s Bruschetta (Italy)

his isn’t really an original recipe, but it was a staple on our honeymoon, soo good and simple.T

Ingredients

  • - 4 or 5 roma tomatoes, chopped
  • - several fresh basil leaves, minced
  • - two or three cloves of garlic, crushed
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - a bit of olive oil
  • - a bit of basalmic vinegar

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into large bowl. Serve with slices of fresh monzarella on top of slices of french bread which can be pan-sauteed with garlic and olive oil. benissimo!
