his isn’t really an original recipe, but it was a staple on our honeymoon, soo good and simple.T

Ingredients
- - 4 or 5 roma tomatoes, chopped
- - several fresh basil leaves, minced
- - two or three cloves of garlic, crushed
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - a bit of olive oil
- - a bit of basalmic vinegar

Combine all ingredients into large bowl. Serve with slices of fresh monzarella on top of slices of french bread which can be pan-sauteed with garlic and olive oil. benissimo!
