Capellini with King Crab Leg, Jalapeños & Mint

Ingredients

  • 1 cup King Crab Meat
  • 1 Jalapeno, diced
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Mint Leaves
  • 1 lb Angel Hair Pasta
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime

Directions

  1. In a sauté pan, heat butter, jalapeno, zest of lemon and lime, garlic and mint.

  2. Cook pasta. Once cooked, add to crab pan, season with salt and pepper and add lemon.

  3. Garnish with mint.
