Turkey Tortilla Roll-Up

Ingredients

  • •1 lettuce leaf
  • •1/4 tomato, medium
  • •1 small whole wheat tortilla, about 70 calories
  • •1 teaspoon mustard, any flavor
  • •2 ounces turkey breast, oven roasted, fat-free, low-sodium
  • •2 tablespoons raisins
  • •2 tablespoons peanuts, dry roasted

Directions

  1. Wash lettuce and tomato; chop or slice tomato, as desired. Spread one side of tortilla with mustard. Top with turkey, lettuce and tomato. Roll up and enjoy. Serve with mixture of raisins and peanuts.
