Ingredients

- •1/4 tomato, medium
- •1 small whole wheat tortilla, about 70 calories
- •1 teaspoon mustard, any flavor
- •2 ounces turkey breast, oven roasted, fat-free, low-sodium
- •2 tablespoons raisins
- •2 tablespoons peanuts, dry roasted
Directions

Wash lettuce and tomato; chop or slice tomato, as desired. Spread one side of tortilla with mustard. Top with turkey, lettuce and tomato. Roll up and enjoy. Serve with mixture of raisins and peanuts.
