- •6 strawberries, whole, fresh
- •1 kiwi
- •1/2 banana, medium
- •2 fluid ounces orange juice
- •1 ice cube
- •2 teaspoons peanut butter
- •4 crackers, whole wheat

Wash strawberries and kiwi. Trim and slice strawberries. Peel kiwi and banana. Cut kiwi into pieces and slice banana. Place all fruit, orange juice (2 ounces is about 1/4 cup), and ice cube in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Spread 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter evenly onto each cracker. Enjoy with smoothie
