Rinse fish; pat dry with a paper towel. For glaze, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, oil and mustard in a small bowl; set aside half of the sauce. Preheat broiler. Place fish on the rack of a broiler pan coated with non-stick cooking spray. Broil approximately 4 inches from heat for 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning over halfway through cooking time and brushing with glaze the last 2 to 3 minutes of broiling. For sauce, stir together reserved sauce with rice vinegar; pour over salmon when ready to serve.
