Cheesy Potatoes

Serves 6 people
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Frozen hash browns (diced, not shredded)
- 1/2 cup butter, soft
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint/ 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated or shredded
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Directions

Mix hash browns, ½ cup butter, salt, pepper, onion, sour cream, and cheese.

Crush corn flakes and mix with ¼ cup melted butter and top mixture.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes
