Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Frozen hash browns (diced, not shredded)
  • 1/2 cup butter, soft
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint/ 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated or shredded
  • 2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Directions

  1. Mix hash browns, ½ cup butter, salt, pepper, onion, sour cream, and cheese.

  2. Crush corn flakes and mix with ¼ cup melted butter and top mixture.

  3. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes
