Ingredients
- 10 lbs. Ground turkey
- 2 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 c. breadcrumbs
- 4 Tbsp. Herb mix (equal parts thyme, basil, and oregano)
- 5 Tbsp. Salt and pepper, equal parts
- Pecans to taste (optional)
Directions

Mix all ingredients and form into 6 oz. Patties.

Heat in skillet or grill over medium heat.

You may also press pecans into the meat.
