Ingredients
- 4 bacon
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped or 2 Tbsp. Dried onion flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 4 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans green beans (save 1/2 c. bean liquid or water)
- 1/4 c. bacon bits
Directions

Fry bacon in skillet until crisp. Remove from skillet

Add onion and cook until light golden and tender. Add flour and stir. Cook for 1 minute.

Add sugar, salt, pepper, and bean liquid or water, and vinegar, stir, and bring to boil for 3 minutes. Add bacon bits.

Add beans and cook about 7-8 minutes. Top with crumbled bacon.
