Scrambled Eggs (Ruehrei)

Like egg souffle. Tastes a little like “egg pancakes.”
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves 2 people
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter

Melt butter in skillet

Mix the rest of the ingredients into a smooth dough, except eggs, which you beat well, and fold into first mixture.
