Scrambled Eggs (Ruehrei)

Like egg souffle. Tastes a little like “egg pancakes.”

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves 2 people

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. Melt butter in skillet

  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients into a smooth dough, except eggs, which you beat well, and fold into first mixture.

  3. put egg mixture in skillet on high, brown on both sides, cutting and turning while browning
