Shrimp-Oyster Cocktail

Ingredients
- 12 fresh shrimp, cooked and shelled and cleaned
- 12 shucked oysters, halved
- 1 cup cocktail sauce
- 1 medium avocado, seeded, peeled and chopped
- 1 small tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Leaf lettuce
- Assorted crackers
- Lemon wedges
Directions

Cut shrimp into bite size pieces, if necessary. In a large mixing bowl combine shrimp, oysters, cocktail sauce, avocado, tomato, onioin, lime juice, parsley, hot pepper sauce and garlic. Cover and chill for several hours, stirring occasionally. Serve in individual lettuce lined dishes with crackers and lemon wedges.
