Chicken Pot Pie

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, cut up chicken (I use a whole rotisserie supermarket chicken)
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1 (16oz) can "Veg-All" vegetables, drained
  • 1 package of 2 crust refrigerated pie crust

Directions

  1. Mix the above together except for pie crust. Place bottom crust in pie plate. Add the chicken mixture and top with second crust. Prick crust and bake at 350 for one hour. Let sit for 15 minutes before slicing.
