Stromboli

Ingredients

  • 1 box Hot Roll mix
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 pound salami
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Mix Hot Roll mix according to box directions.

  2. Let it rise and punch down.

  3. Form into ball and cut into four pieces.

  4. Roll each piece into a square.

  5. Sprinkle with pepper and lay3 pieces of pieces of provolone in middle.

  6. Layer 2 rows of salami over cheese.

  7. Sprinkle Parmesan over.

  8. Roll jellyroll style. Tuck ends under and cut 3 slits on top.

  9. Put in oven to rise a second time.

  10. Back at 350 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
