Goat Cheese and Olive Mini Tarts

Ingredients

  • 15 tsps. softened goat cheese
  • 1 (1.9 oz) frozen mini phyllo pastry shells
  • 7.5 tsps olive tapenade
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
  • pepper

Directions

  1. at oven to 375. Place 1 tsp. softened goat cheese into each of 15 frozen shells. to eah 1/2 tsp. olive tapenade. Place a baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves and pepper.
