Goat Cheese and Olive Mini Tarts

Ingredients
- 15 tsps. softened goat cheese
- 1 (1.9 oz) frozen mini phyllo pastry shells
- 7.5 tsps olive tapenade
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
- pepper
Directions

at oven to 375. Place 1 tsp. softened goat cheese into each of 15 frozen shells. to eah 1/2 tsp. olive tapenade. Place a baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves and pepper.
