Teriyaki Steak Strips

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. flank stea, cut diagonally in 1" strips
  • 1/2 cup beef broth or consomme
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsps. lime juice
  • 2 tbsps. honey or brown sugar
  • 2 tbsps. Lawrie's Seasoned Salt
  • Onion salt and garlic salt to taste

Directions

  1. Marinate steak strips overnight in the above ingredients mixed. Drain steak…save marinade. Grill or oven broil 2 1/2 minutes each side. Baste both sides while cooking.
