Teriyaki Steak Strips

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. flank stea, cut diagonally in 1" strips
- 1/2 cup beef broth or consomme
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsps. lime juice
- 2 tbsps. honey or brown sugar
- 2 tbsps. Lawrie's Seasoned Salt
- Onion salt and garlic salt to taste
Directions

Marinate steak strips overnight in the above ingredients mixed. Drain steak…save marinade. Grill or oven broil 2 1/2 minutes each side. Baste both sides while cooking.
