Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken pieces (just thighs and breasts)
- 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, reserve marinade
- 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
- 2 tbsps. quick cooking tapioca
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tbsps. dry sherry
- 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
Directions

Place mushrooms and artichoke hearts in bottom of slow cooker.

Sprinkle with tapioca. Add the chicken pieces. Pour in broth and sherry. Add tarragon. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or on HIGH for 3 1/2-4 1/2 hours.
