Beef Enchiladas

a variation of the recipe that Bean taught me.

Cook time: 45 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 can green chili peppers
- 1/2 can black olives
- 1/2 can enchalida sauce
- 3 big tortilas
- 4 c cheese
- 1 can beef
- 1 1/4 tbs cumin
- 1/2 tbs cyanne
- 2 cups sour cream
Directions

mix together meat and green chili and cumin and ceyenne over the stove. Mix into other ingredients and fill into tortillas. Bake.
