Parmesan Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 cups 1/2" sliced red potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup parmesan

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add in garlic and potatoes and saute until potatoes begin to soften, Sprinkle in cheese and oregano and continue to cook until potatoes begin to brown on both sides. Remove from heat and serve warm.
