Breakfast Scrambled Egg Panini

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 4 slices multi-grain bread
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices ham

Directions

  1. Scramble up eggs loosely and set aside.

  2. Warm panini maker.

  3. Spread avocado on two pieces of bread.

  4. Add one piece of cheese to each.

  5. Add ham to each.

  6. Add one half of the eggs to each piece of bread.

  7. Place a slice of cheddar on each.

  8. Cover with second slice of bread and place them on panini maker and cook about 3 minutes and serve.
