Ingredients
- Layer 1:
- 2 cans french style green beans
- 1 can white shoepeg corn
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- Layer 2:
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 8oz sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar, shredded
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 onion, small, chopped
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 stacks of Ritz crackers
Directions

Grease large pan. Drain first 3 ingredients (beans, corn, chestnuts). Add to pan and dot with 1/2 stick of butter.

Mix next 5 ingredients & spread over first layer.

Melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter & Ritz crackers. Spread over second layer.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
