Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened (2pkgs)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 9 inch graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch ground cloves
- pinch nutmeg
Directions

Preheat oven 375 degrees.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth. Blend in eggs one at time.

Spread one cup of batter onto crust.

Add pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg to remaining batter; stir gently until well blended. Spread over batter in crust.

Bake 35-40 minutes, until center is almost set. Cool, then refrigerate overnight.
