Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 lb tomatoes, canned
  • 16 oz tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • garlic
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 lb lasagna noodles, cooked
  • mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • 3 cups cottage cheese

Directions

  1. Brown meat and then add onion. Drain meat, then stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, garlic and seasonings.

  2. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

  3. In 12×8 dish, layer half the noodles, meat sauce and cheese. Repeat. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
