Poppyseed Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (can sub turkey), cooked
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter
Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients and put in 9×13 dish. Crumble Ritz crackers over top. Slice butter on top of crackers.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
