Poppyseed Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (can sub turkey), cooked
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seed
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients and put in 9×13 dish. Crumble Ritz crackers over top. Slice butter on top of crackers.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
