Potato Salad Supreme
(from Kitchenette’s recipe box)
Add some pickle juice and dill weed to make it great!
Ingredients
- 8 large potatoes, cooked and peeled
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 2/3 cup pickles, diced
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 t. turmeric
- 3 T. McKay's chicken seasoning
- 4 T. yeast flakes
- 1 t. onion powder
- 3 cups vegenaise
- salt to taste
Directions

When potatoes are completely cold, cut into desired sized cubes.

Mix ALL ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.

Best if served the next day.
