Ingredients
- 16 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 cups tofu cottage cheese (1 recipe)
- 1 1/2 cups tofutti sour cream
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 cups pimento cheese sauce (1 recipe)

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 for 30-45 mins.
