Grammy Cook’s Double Mac & Cheeze

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups tofu cottage cheese (1 recipe)
  • 1 1/2 cups tofutti sour cream
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 2 cups pimento cheese sauce (1 recipe)

Directions

  1. Sauté onions in a little oil.

  2. Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 for 30-45 mins.
