Carmelized Onions

Ingredients

  • onions
  • butter
  • oil
  • sugar
  • vinagar

Directions

  1. saute onions (add small amount of sugar) over med heat in butter & oil preferably in a heavy skillet. Cook until onions are a carmel clor stirring often about 40 min. Add a touch of vinigar at the end to deglaze pan & add flavor.
