Ingredients
- 5 cup basil leaves
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 large or 3 small garlic cloves (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
- 1/2 box spaghetti
- parmesan cheese
- butter
Directions

Rinse basil well, removing tough stems

Drain well

Place leave in belnder

Add oil and cut-up cloves or powder

Blend until thoroughly homogenized

Can be frozen at this stage

Before serving [defrost and] heat with 2 tbs butter and 2 tbs parmesan

Toss with cooked spaghetti

Serve with grated parmessan
