  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbs garlic powder
  • 2 tbs parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 3 - 4 palms of water
  • salt

Directions

  1. Brown in oil [or bake in oven]

  2. Add to sauce
