Ingredients
- 2 cups ham
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup cream of celery soup
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- garlic
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
Directions

Sauté onion and celery in butter. Mix ham, corn, soup, eggs, mustard, onion, celery, and garlic together.

Pour into a casserole dish. Top with the bread crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.

Sprinkle with the cheese, and return to the oven for 20 more minutes.
