Ham and Corn Bake #2

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ham
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup cream of celery soup
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • garlic
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Sauté onion and celery in butter. Mix ham, corn, soup, eggs, mustard, onion, celery, and garlic together.

  2. Pour into a casserole dish. Top with the bread crumbs.

  3. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle with the cheese, and return to the oven for 20 more minutes.
