Baked Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

Serves 6 people
Ingredients
- 6 bacon, fried and diced
- 2 lb. sauerkraut, drained
- 2 c. applesauce
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. water
- 6 pork chops, 1 inch thick
- 2 tbsp. oil
Directions

•Preheat oven to 350° F. Meanwhile, briefly brown pork chops in hot oil in fry pan.

•In a casserole, mix all the ingredients, except the pork chops.

•Place pork chops on top of mixture.

•Cover and bake for about 1 hour.

�Serve with boiled potatoes. Serves 6.
