Cool ’n Easy Pie

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 package (4 serving size) jello
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tub (8 oz) cool whip, thawed
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust
  • Additional whipped topping for garnish

Directions

  1. Stir boiling water into jello for 2 minutes

  2. Mix water and ice to jello mixture to make 1 1/4 cups

  3. Stir until thickened

  4. Remove remaining ice

  5. Stir in topping until smooth

  6. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until it will mound

  7. Spoon into crust

  8. Refrigerate 4 hours
