Ingredients
- 1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 cup crumbled feta (4 oz)
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (half of a 17.3 oz package) thawed and cut into 4 squares

In a bowl, toss the fennel and olives with the oil and 1/4 t pepper

Place the pastry squared on a baking sheet and top with fennel mixture and feta

Bake at 400° until golden brown and crisp, 22 to 25 minutes
